Chef Amanda, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, wants to share her expertise with you! She will show a wide range of techniques. From cooking fish, to hor d'ourves, to the basic dishes, she has something for everyone. Each class is $45 and will inlcude wine and drinks, food for tasting, and the recipe. Please bring your ideas to each class and maybe your recipe will be featured next!
