When the opportunity presented itself to enter into a partnership, sisters' Amanda and Jessica Liples, took the leap. Amanda, a graduate from the Culinary Institute of America, has worked in several four star restaurants and is ready to create some "fabulous foods" of her own. Jessica, with her degree in Business Marketing from Delaware Valley College, was ready to become an entrepreneur. Together they seemed to be the perfect fit for Atlantic Fish and Fabulous Foods.
" We're young, creative, and ready to take Atlantic Fish and Fabulous Foods to the next level. While keeping the favorites of the store we plan to create some new and exciting dishes that will hopefully become your favorites," say the sisters. While Mary Ann and Nancy ( previous owners) have maintained a high level of quality, Jessica and Amanda plan on keeping the same quality and high level of excellence.
